To reuse a set of different semantic resources for a given research project a model representing how to keep sets of **Mapping** called **Alignment**, with descriptors for is needed for :
* the two **Entities** linked with the **MappingRelation**, in a directed order (`e1 -mappingRelation-> e2`)
* the two Knowledge Resource linked where *e1* and *e2* come from and from which *Alignment / MappingSet* the Mapping come from
* its **confidence** (a certain weight)
* the Mapping's author / **User**
* the Mapping's method called **MappingMethod**, either if it is an automatic alignment method or a manual one with an alignment **Tool**
* finally, if this mapping is valid (and validated by a **User**) for an **Alignment** between 2 **SKR**
The current work around the link between the entities of a SKR and a concrete data source is still preliminary and needs more reflection on how to manage what are called metadata registry. A potential approach will be the use of the ISO 11179 standard.
